If the information one is using already has commas try adding one's own delimiter, this could be a space or even a tab. Once finalized click on File and choose Save As. At the Save as line click on the CSV option. The same goes for Office Calc but instead click on the Text CSV option.

This will need to be done from the web portal and certain questions and information will need to be filled in before one can continue. To change access, there is no need for identification. The old password will need to be added along with the new.
